By now you know, we’ve updated the Saddlebrook Homeowners Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR) to comply with recent changes to state and local law regarding HOAs.This is a complete revision of the SHOA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR), not an amendment to the CCR’s. This revision is necessary because the original CCR’s, were written in the early 1980’s, and changes to Federal, State and Local laws made the current CCR unusable.

Once approved the new CCR will become the governing document for maintaining the look and character of our subdivision.
