Colleyville is hosting a warming center located at the City Library at 100 Main St. The site will remain open 24 hours a day.
The City Hall complex, including the library, has backup power provided by diesel generators and will be open as long as the city is experiencing power outages. The city is providing snacks, warm and cold drinks, and bathroom facilities for residents who have lost power.
