Many homeowners have noticed flags and markers on our “Triangle” at Cheeksparger and Brown Trail, and inquired about what is happening on the property. Your Board of Directors have been in discussions with Atmos Energy to allow them to use the property. Below is a brief explanation of what has transpired.

Atmos Energy needs to repair/upgrade a gas line that runs along Brown Trail. They requested use of the triangle as a staging area. Atmos will pay the HOA for use of the triangle. The land will be returned to its original state when they are done.

The BOD agreed to allow Atmos access and use of the property.

We don’t know when they plan to start work, but have use of the land until December.
