Saddlebrook HOA is updating our outdated CCR document. We’re asking homeowners to
review our draft document and make comments you think will improve it.

The Request for Comments period ends December 10, 2024, after which a final version will be
mailed to each homeowner for review and to vote for or against approval of the document. We
need 67% or 164 homeowners’ approval to ratify the new CCR.

A PDF version of the draft CCR document is posted on our website for review and download.
