Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
We’ve updated the Saddlebrook Homeowners Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR) to comply with recent changes to state and local law regarding HOAs.
In the next few days you’ll receive a CCR packet that contains: the new CCR document, a new (required) Enforcement Schedule, a Ballot, a Proxy (if you’re unable to vote yourself) and a cover letter explaining the CCR update and asking for your vote.We need your VOTE! From now until February 28, 2025 your board of directors requests you review and VOTE on the new 2025 CCR. 165 (67%) Yes votes are required to ratify the new CCR. Below is a link to the New 2025 CCR.
Please review the document and email your completed ballot to: president@saddlebrookhoa.org, or mail to: SHOA PO Box 382 Colleyville, TX 76034, or deliver your ballot to any board member (a basket will be placed at 4000 Southwood W for your ballot).Once approved the new CCR will become the governing document for maintaining the look and character of our subdivision.
