Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
We’ve updated the Saddlebrook Homeowners Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR) to comply with recent changes to state and local law regarding HOAs.
Last fall you received a CCR packet that contained: the new CCR document, a new (required) Enforcement Schedule, a Ballot, a Proxy (if you’re unable to vote yourself) and a cover letter explaining the CCR update and asking for your vote.The February 28th Deadline is Fast Approaching!
We need your VOTE! Your board of directors requests you review and VOTE on the new 2025 CCR. 165 (67%) YES votes are required to ratify the new CCR.

Please review the document and email your completed ballot to: president@saddlebrookhoa.org, or mail to: SHOA PO Box 382 Colleyville, TX 76034, or deliver your ballot to any board member (a basket will be placed at 4000 Southwood W for your ballot).The new CCR document is NOT OPTIONAL. If we don’t ratify the CCR by the February 28th deadline, we will have restart the voting process at significant cost to the HOA.
Once approved the new CCR will become the governing document for maintaining the look and character of our subdivision.
